I called them they had someone here within 2 hours who was very knowledgable friendly and even though I already knew the problem he still took apart the whole compressor and found my problem was too much free on burned out the part. He fixed it fast and at a fair price I was very satisfied I was especially happy that they had the parts with them none of this we have to get a part and come back tomorrow. I had a guy come Sunday he did not have the parts he did not check the whole system and he said he'd come back Monday, theme Monday he said he couldn't get part until Tuesday and then called and said his truck broke down and he said a bigger company would carry the parts which a professional would have told me Sunday but United had the parts and in about 30 mins my ac was working. So I am very happy
